Exam tomorrow urgent plz help

Is there anybody who have taken test in India. I have read something like of we don't use the breaks our last lesion time gets short and this break time gets added to that. I did not understand anything. Please can anybody tel me how to take the breaks. Can we take anything to eat. What exactly happens in the hall.
