its been 2 weeks since myexam and im a nervous wreck. exam went well and i got about 5 qs wrong on every block. doesanyone know how one generally feels after the exam? am aiming for a score in the 260s. is 5 wrong per block too much to land me such a score?

I think it so good ,but no one can expect the score my dear,
can you tell me your feedback about the exam, and did it match with your preparation?

well i rem the questions i got wrong

an elderly woman with an 8 cm adnexal mass, what is the next step? options were: fna, exploratory laporotomy

girl with v mild acne, what's the first thing you would ask her to do? use rubbing alcohol, avoid oily makeup products, avoid chocolates

it has been documented in a cohort that use of ocps increases mi, but in a meta analysis conducted, ocps were reducing mi, how can you explain this?
(forgotten options)

got 2 questions on urinary incontinence. i dx the first as irritative incontinence but ans shud have been cholingergic inhibitor instead of b agonist which i marked.

i had 6 drug ads. i think 5/6 questions were v tricky. other than that there were 5 difficult and strange questions on every block. the rest were straightforward and just like uworld. i felt like they were the exact same questions so i would just click and move forward and saved so much time doing that. i got two two-step questions and thankfully got the first part of both questions right otherwise it can be discouraging on the exam to see that you have gotten stuff wrong. im the only idiot who bought all 4 nbme's and did them and the exam was not like the nbmes. nbmes even asked step 1 stuff and i didnt have that on exam.

Thanks for this. For the 1st one, due to the size of the mass, laparoscopic surgery is needed.
See this paper

For 2nd one, I'd say avoid oily makeup, cause they clog the pores.
rubbing alcohol can trigger acne, and there is no association (according to JAMA) between acne and chocolates.
